Cute .. items at Walmart!!
 
Oh, Walmart has some really cute Christmas items!! Clothing and accessories. My favorite was the boxed set of green and red striped legwarmers and scarf (scarf has red pom poms on it) ... it was only $7.00 for the set and would make a great gift for someone's pup for the Holidays!

I saw those & thought they were ADORABLE!! Really wish I'd gotten them.:rolleyes: I may be tempted to go back!!:p

I actually got those for Maximus. I just couldn't resist. Although, I'm having a hard time getting the warmers on him because he keeps wanting to bite them off as I'm trying to get them on (he's only 11 weeks old). I did find a sweater in the same green and red stripe with a red bone on the back. You can kind of see it in my avatar. If I ever manage to get the leg warmers and the scarf on him, I will post the picture.

Here is Pippi in her legwarmers and scarf! A little tip: they are easy to put on if you put your fingers inside them and pull the pup's foot through!

Girl, that is just the CUTEST!! Thx for posting. Love her name! Pippi is Adorable. She is now "Pippi Longstockings" :laugh::laugh::laugh: LOVE it! My daughter Loved Pippi Longstockings!!:D

Yes, that is why I call her that...well part of it! I never thought of that when I got them!! Too funny!

Thank you! She loves to dress up and have her pictures taken. I was having a problem getting them on and she was not thrilled. That is when it hit me to do that. She was quite ok with them once I got them on her...it was the tussle before I figured out how that bothered her.

I have the same sweater for my min pin lookalike, Bubby. I also bought 2 harness/dresses in red with the white poofy stuff for my 2 new yorkies I am picking up today!!:aimeeyork:aimeeyork

They are so cute! Matty sent them to her GE buddy, Kikki Mei. They only had ONE left, so we couldn't get any for ourselves. :D

they also have the legwarmers & scarf in pink & black stripe & today at walmart I got Regan the cutest thing- they had a box set with a little bathrobe in it with a matching duckie! sooo cute!!!

We had bought the leg warmer set but took it back because GUCCI likes to chew anything he has on his legs :p He is good with Shirts, Hoodies, Jackets and PJ's but for some reason the leg warmers were not for him! I had put a trial pair to see before opening the wally world ones and they were not workin' lol they are adorable though! Our store sold out in 2 days.

I'm not sure for how long this link will work, but here's a direct link to all the doggie clothing that can be shipped to your local wal-mart for free for you to buy. And Wal-mart has an AWESOME return policy (you can even return lipstick after you've tried it out if you don't like the color, lol). My favorties are the skull and crossbones tanks near the bottom (I have a little punk spirit in me still from my college days, and so does my "DH" lol), and I really love the rich red and orange palm tree tank near the top. I hope I can convince my puppy Nikko to like some clothing at some point. After the Giardia is gone. :-(. He's still attempting to deal with the harness though, so we'll see.

PS: Those legwarmers are soooo cute and Christmas-y! I can't imagine wearing those myself, let alone trying to get a dog to put them on. But the whole outfit looks really really really cute. :-)

LOL Well, this is the only shot I could get. There was NO WAY he was going to let me pose him. The other shots are of him rolling around trying to bite/chew on the scarf. It would probably make a good animated photo. If I get a chance later, I might put one together, if I can figure it out.

Too CUTE!!!! We went to the Bass Pro Shop yesterday and someone had a 4 legged baby there (I guess to get a photo with Santa?) He/she was dressed all Christmasy. I'm pretty sure it was a Westie, he looked like a larger white yorkie (I googled it and that is what he/she looked like). Too cute. Made me miss Maximus though. :( I should have taken him with us!

I ended up going back and finding yet another Holiday Item at Wally World.. it was too cute to pass up! and for only & $7.00 it is EXCELLENT Quality! I am not really a big Wal-Mart Shopper but they did have some cute stuff in the doggy section.. :thumbup:
