Pishpads There was a thread about the pishpads and I cannot seem to find it. Does anyone out there use them and do you like them? I currently use the piddlepads, the indicator, which are also washable. But I was thinking of trying the pishpad. I like that you can cut them the size you want and wondered how they compare to the indicator pads. Any input is appreciated. |
I love the PishPads. I use them in my whelping boxes and while the puppies are nursing and crawling around. I order a certain size then trim them to fit my whelping box. They are so easy to wash and very expensive. Mine are almost worn out and I have lost my ordering info. i never heard of anyone using them for pee pads. Sorry, I have neer used the other kind you mention. |
I feel like you guys are speaking a foreign language!! What are indicators? Pishpads? Clue me in on what you are talking about!! Thanks! |
pishpads Pishpads are kennel liners, piddle pads are absorbable potty pads for your babies to use to potty on inside and they are washable. I get mine from Marshall Domestics, but if you get them from Marshall, you have to order a few dozen at a time. If you want just a few, you can get them from Lori in NJ. Is it ok to post her link? PersonallyPaws Washable Housebreaking Piddle Pads & Belly Bands. I use the indicator pads and love them. But was looking at alterntives, esp. because the pishpads can be cut to size. But I wanted something very durable like the piddle pads. Thanks. Marsha in NC from Miracle Yorkies |

I threw my Pish Pads away. What a waste of money IMO. The plastic lining is paper thin and starts to peel away from the pad in a matter of weeks. You can't bleach them and they start to reek of urine after awhile. Their attended purpose originally was kennel liners at shows. I think they would be okay for that purpose, but I do not recommend them for daily use as pee pads. Personally Paws has the best washable pee pads!:thumbup: |
pishpads Hey Blue Sky Yorkies! It's me, Marsha! You also sent me your link on another list. My problem is that I have a TON of huge piddle pads, I think I will just have to suck it up and sew them myself to the sizes I want. I hate to sew, but once I put my mind to it, it will get done. Thanks all for your help! |
new thread? Okay, I don't want to feel dumb here, but I know I started this thread, I was going to start a new one, but can't find where to do it! Also, trying to change the picture in my profile and it won't upload. HELP!!! |

Yes, I just figured that out this morning, also! You can do it. It's a little tricky but definitely doable. Nancy |

Go to the forum you want to post a new thread in and then in the upper left corner above the posts there is a link for "start a new thread" or something like that. I can't remember about the profile picture. It could need to be smaller sized or it could be that you need to upload it to your album on your profile first and post it from there. If you look around there is a sticky on how to change your profile. Good luck!! :) |
