Anyone use these bows? 1 Attachment(s) Do any of you use these Korker type bows for your 'kids'? They are so cute. I have made so many in so many different colors. They can be as big or as small as you need them. I think they are so cute. Hope I figured out how to attach a picture...we'll see!! LOL Jenni |

I'm waiting on Sophie to have a bit longer hair to even try...LOL :p But gosh....they are darling huh? :D |
2 Attachment(s) I made Reagan a pair of them a few weeks ago. Mine aren't as cute as the one you posted. I just used the colors I had but that bright pink is really cute. Anyway I made two and used them for pigtails. They were actually fairly simple to make, I was surprised. Here's some pics... |
How cute!!!!!!! They are very easy to make. Finding the right clip for the right dog is the hardest part. |
Those are soooooo cute how do you make them. Thank you Carol |
They are very cute! Are they made with rubber bands or with barrettes? |
I used rubberbands this time. I found a place on the internet that sold the inch barrettes (about 150 for 12 dollars) but I hadn't gotten them yet and I really wanted to go ahead and try to make the bow. I like barrettes usually but I do have to say I kind of like having the rubberbands for the pigtails. Its really easy you just take ribbon and wrap in around a dowel or knitting needle or something(I think it needs to be wooden though) and stick it in the oven for a bit and when it comes out its all curly. Wait I could probably send you to a website that could explain it better. This is the one I used hope it helps... http://www.korkersandmore.com And if anyone makes them lets see the pics on your pups. |
Hickey007 thank you so much for posting the web site to making the bow looks like fun and will try to make them soon. Carol |

Also another site you might like is www.jcarolinecreative.com I've bought ribbon and D rings from them and they seemed like they had pretty good service as well. I don't know if you buy ribbon online or if it even has good prices but just thought I throw that out there just in case. They have some pretty cute ribbon. Anyway hope this helps... |

You can make these trust me. Anyone can. It really is easy check out the website as to how to make the ribbon curl then I just used plain thread to bunch them together and secure it to the rubberband. I said earlier that it was tricky but the only tricky part is keeping the ribbon together because when you goto tie it the different pieces start jumping all over the place. It isn't hard at all and the second one is even easier. Try it. |
1 Attachment(s) He is adorable! |

I've seen the korker bows that even have little buttons or beads in the center and that's real cute too. I've also seen them use real thin ribbon(which is what I used for hers) and make them a little bit smaller. I guess if you played with the size you may be able to make them small enough for puppies but I don't know. |
HOW CUTE! I will have to get Chloe some (when her hair is long enough). |
