For those who have snoozer car seats! Hey everybody, I had a question, my baby is 5 months old and I just got my snoozer lookout type 2. which I think she likes, but I'm a little concerned about the gap that has to put the seatbelt, every time she goes to lookout the window she falls into the that gap and I'm not sure it's the safest for her because she is so tiny..... Any of you out there with the same problem? I don't know if I should sell it and get something without the gap for the seatbelt. What do you all think? |

Gez I haven't had that problem but maybe you could pull the snoozer car seat closer to the window OR put a blanket in between the car seat and the window so she can't fall down there. Also, maybe tighten the harness belt so that she can't fall over the side. Hope this helps or I hope someone comes on and has a better idea. :) |

Gosh...I never even thought of that. I'm glad I saw this before I bought one. Thanks for pointing that out and I'm looking forward to hearing solutions from others who have this seat. The blanket idea sounds like a good one...I wonder if you could have a custom liner made that had fabric "guards" that flip over the seatbelt holes... ??? |

If you decide that the look-out seat isn't the best for you and your baby..... I LOVE my console seat!! :) |

Brooke loves to put her head in the gap and sleep!!:dogzzz: I would just stuff a blanket across there until she is old enough!! |

We have a snoozer and LOVE it!!!...... I do make sure that Shelby & Seymour are fastened in so they can't "jump or fall" out. It not only keeps them secure, but if we were to be in an accident they wouldn't go flying. |

i have 3 snoozers lined up along the back seat of my van. my girls hop from one to another. We love them and they love being up high and seeing out. I have never had a problem with my girls falling through the seatbelt crack but if your baby does, you could always put a blanket inside there. |

I have a pillow in mine so Hot Rod can lay with his head on the front of it and look out. So the seat belt gap is kinda filled in. |

After trying out three different types of car/lookout seats, I finally just got the bench lookout seat. Now they can't hang over the sides like they did with the car seats. I just love it!! |
