Just wanted to mention that Chattiesmom at FoxyPups - Yorkie Yummies - Yorkie treats went far beyond what she needed to when she filled an order for me. I only ordered two silk harnesses; she put in Yorkie Yummies and a silk collar for my Snowboy who is a rescue. Inside the Yorkie Yummies was a larger Yummy made in the shape of heart. Of course, Snowboy munched that down with zest.:D Now how often do you see such a personal touch? Touched my heart. Until now I've only ordered Yorkie Yummies, which, by the way, are a major hit around here! From now on, though, I plan on checking her website first for any product I need to order. Give her your business if at all possible. She's one awesome, caring lady!:thumbs up

You are right. She is awsome. We have the silk harness and love it. We also have a napsak which Conner loves. We may have to order another for winter.

You are right, Cindy is great! When Lulu was going to her first playgroup meeting a month ago, I asked Cindy if I could buy some samples of Yorkie Yummies that Lulu could pass out to the playgroup members. She sent me the samples at no charge and each was wrapped in a nice little plastic bag with her business card. I thought that was SO nice of her!

We are regular Yorkie Yummies customers and Lulu has a silk harness and 2 napsaks that she just loves. Cindy's products are great!

Overwhelmed and humbled
 
I am overwhelmed and humbled by your outpouring of kind words. I believe in treating my customer's right. Since my accident all of you have been so very kind and understanding. With me working a bit slower and a large volume of orders, my turnaround time isn't what I would like for it to be - I add little extras so to ease my guilty conscious about the turn-around time.

And for Snowboy - well anyone who opens their heart and home to rescue one of our precious little babies, deserves an extra bit something in their package.

Cindy has always gone above and beyond what she needed to every time I've ordered from her. She has customer satisfaction down to a tee - as well as a life long customer! :D

well I have to pipe in here and say I LOVE Cindy and her doggie makings and my babies especially love the yorkie yummies. That is a new word they learned. I just say who wants yorkie yummies and they all come running. I won a raffle gift from her and everything was perfect! we got a napsack whick Rainbow and Sunshine sleep in together and yorkie yummies, and Ladybug got a new collar, harness, and leash and Tilly got a new blankie. They were all just perfect and so well made. Yes, WE LOVE CINDY TOO!

:thumbup::thumbup: Just saw this and want to add Toto & me to the list! Cindy made Toto a T-shirt with her name on the back & I can hardly get it off her to wash it!! I love it because even strangers that approach her immediately know her name ... but still have to ask her gender!! I suppose it never occurred to anyone ... pink means girl!! :p And ... Yorkie Yummies??? My porky Yorkie loves them ... and everyone at our house loves Cindy!!! :wavey: :luvu:

ADD me to the fan club !! She sent some yorkie yummies with the stepins she made for my girl - I even shared some with my bosses daughter who just got a yorkie puppy and heard she was telling all her friends....."WE have homemade Puppy Treats" (her sister told me):D:D:D
