Has anyone ever ordered from My Petique? www.mypetique.com ? Just wondering if anyone has ever ordered from www.mypetique.com ?? :confused: I ordered a dog bed from them over 2 weeks ago, my card was charged $100 for this bed and I still have not received it...nor have I heard anything back from My Petique. I have called them 3 times and left 3 messages, and I have also e-mailed them 3 times....they REFUSE to respond. I am beyond furious now and it looks like my only option is to call my bank and get my $ refunded. I had to do this not long ago with another web site (www.divashop.com) as I placed an order with them back in February and once again, never received my order. :mad: Geez, no telling WHAT my bank is going to think when I have to call them yet again and make a dispute! :rolleyes: I am so sick of this. I have just had absolutely NO luck ordering online lately! :mad: Anyway, I am just frustrated. Has anyone ever ordered from this place and actually had a GOOD experience??? |
Hmm..which bed did you get? I went to their website and the one I saw around that price is back ordered..maybe that's why you still haven't receieved it? |
That is horrible. I would start the chargeback process. If the item was on backorder they have to notify you. Nice way to do business. |

I would start the process. I don't care to do business with irresponsible people. It's not a $20 item..it's a $100. So I think if you want to run a business then you do it right. Takes several seconds to compose a message to your purchaser. |

It's sad becuase you want to patronize smaller sellers to spread business around but then stuff like that happens. Definitely a turn off. |

I'm so sorry to hear about this Brooke! I have never ordered from them, but that is just awful in two full weeks they could not get back to you with a simple email or phone call alerting you to the status of your bed. I hope you get your money back immediately and you can find your bed elsewhere! |
