Where to buy the really small stuff?? So I am going to pick my puppy up tonight and I know she is tiny. Where can I find a collar and a jacket to keep her warm that is small enough?:D |

I special order all the stuff for my smaller ones. Walmart has some cute stuff now, and you can occasionally find tiny sizes there, I would try that. :) |

I've seen many xxx-smalls at Walmarts...much more frequently than than the small size I need anyway. Collar wise...you may want to look at a break away collar for cats. They're much smaller than dogs and if it caught on something...it comes apart. Another clothes suggestion...cut the heel and toe off a sock, clip two arm holes...instant sweater. :) Congratulations on your new baby. |

When we first got Jacoby we couldn't find anything small enough for him, so I cut and sewed the stuff to fit him! :) |
I suggest a cat collar because they have bells on them and that way you can make sure where they are because sometimes they like to get right under your feet. Petsmart has some xxxsmall stuff too. |

1 Attachment(s) petco has harnesses called lil pals that are the perfect size for tiny ones. Not a huge selection but they worked well with mine girls. As for clothing, I went to craft stores and bought sweaters in the doll/bear dept. they were for teddy bears and fit great. Here is a picture of Bella in a bear sweater for Halloween. I would stay away from collars..One it's much safer with small dogs to use harness vests. you don't want anything around their neck..plus, someone on here just posted the other day, that a friend of theirs got a new puppy and had a collar on it, and the collar got caught in the crate on the latch or something, anyway, it killed the puppy... |

We use a cat collar with tiny bells so we know where my babis is at all times... for walks we also had to purchase a cat harness b/c he's so tiny! Check out walmart or one of the pet chains... :) |

Mine started off with ferret collars (with bells) and harnesses (for walks). Even kitty collars were too large to begin with ... Both the pups are belled ... it's the only way I know where they are! One bell for Puddin', two bells for Bella. That way I know which one is where (on those rare occasions when they're not together :rolleyes: ) |

CONGRATS ON YOU NEW BABY!!! can find all the tiny tiny clothes you can want at petco.they have a large selection of tiny tiny clothes for pups.I am talking about 2lbs and under if you don't mind spending the extra cash.(about 10-14 bucks) as they will only stay in those clothes for a blink unless you are getting one that will stay 2lbs and under.I never got them clothes until they could wear at least an x-small (unless they were on clearance)and all mine wear that size now.so the babies up can share with mom and dad:rolleyes: :rolleyes: |

Hi welcome to YT! I see you are from PA. There is a store in Dallastown PA called Puppy Tails that sells tiny clothes. WalMart and Petsmart do too! You could always have something custom made for your little one too. Congrats on your new baby!!! You will have to post some pics of the cutie! |

Welcome!!!! I got a really small harness at Wal-Mart, they have a new designer section in our's. I found some xxsmall jackets and stuff, but they are still going to be too big when Myah comes home next week. I am going to take some of the winter type socks, that are on sale at Wal-mart and cut the toe and heal off of them then cut leg holes and make some little sweaters for her. So for a couple dollars, you can make 4 sweaters out of 2 pair of socks. Enjoy your baby!!! |
