Which bed is better? 4 Attachment(s) Ok, so I just got a puppy that will be coming in on Thursday (I'm so EXCITED!) Anyways, so right now, I'm looking at all of these stuff to get for him. What do you think of these beds? |
3 Attachment(s) More... My boyfriend think that the green one with polka dot look nice, considering that the new puppy will be a boy. He think that it's "cruel" to make him sleep in a girly bed, lol... so yeah. Opinion or suggestion? |
I personally think they're all adorable, but if it were me, I'd get him a boy one :D I've also never had a bed like "enclosed" with the top so I don't know how those would work with a puppy. Maybe you can get one of those and one that's not. But otherwise, they all look comfy and would probably work out well :thumbup: |

I like the blue one or the green polka dot one, seen as he's a boy :) Personally, I don't think I would put a boy in a pink dress, I don't think the puppy would mind, but I would, lol. |

Get whichever bed looks the most comfy. What I do is put a blanket over Suzy's bed so that I can wash the blanket when she takes various foods in there and makes a mess. I think the pink one - 2nd in the first post - looks the most comfy, personally! As for peeing in the bed, Suzy has only ever done this once - we were playing ball with her and she suddenly needed to pee and happened to be on her bed when she did. I vote you get two, I have 2 for Suzy - one next to my bed and the other in her fave spot in front of the glass sliding door in the sun. 2 beds won't go astray. ETA: If he does accidently pee in one you'll have the other for backup while you wash it. |
Since he is a boy, I like the baby blue bed the best. It is cute while still a boyish color and it looks so comfy!! |
Wah, there is so many different suggestion, now I'm so confuse on which one to get. LOL! Yeah, the pink silky one look extremely comfy, it actually look the most comfy, but I'm scare he'll get cold at night, not to mention, it's pink, so my boyfriend said I'm turning my puppy girly. Blue one is so adorable also, but do you think it's too high for him to get on? Anyways, a puppy know how to use a blanket right? I'm planning to get him a blankie to go along with his bed, but I'm scare that he'll just be a naughty little boy and tear it up. = ( |
I like the blue one in the 1st post the best it looks cozy.Second choice would be the house in the first post.:) :) :) Sounds like you are having so much fun getting ready for your new puppy!:thumbup: |

I like the first one and the 4th one (blue). They both look sooooo cozy and comfy for a new little puppy. Trust me when I say, no matter how much money you spend on a bed, they will find the cheapest please to sleep, probably like a towel or a pillow..lool. I have like 10 beds and they use like 1..lol..together..I wouldn't put pink on a boy, you'll confuse his inner man ;) |

I vote for the blue bed--adorable My Ollie never liked his enclosed bed--- he only went in once and that was to retrieve a treat--lol --but they are all so different. |

4 Attachment(s) Ok, I just found some more How about these? He's coming in in 3 more days, AHHHHHHHHHH! Oh my god, I'm so excited and nervous! Going to go buy a playpen and a litter box for him tomorrow, I just order him a "kong" ( I read raving review about that product) and I just finish setting up his room today. Put in a heater and a new light, and also bought a nightlight, in case he doesn't like the dark. ahh! I want him to get here already... this is torture. |

I say you can get him both styles and you can never have too many beds. I have 3 of the normal squishy beds that Parker loves and 1 covered one that he loves too. He sleeps with me so those more like "his place to kick it" beds or to play in/on/around. Congrats on the puppy. :D :D :D And with the whole dress thing, I had the same problem when I got Parker. There are million more cuter things to get a girl instead of a boy. So what I decided was the next one I get will be a girl so I can buy all those wonderful dresses and girly stuff! But I wouldn't put him in girl stuff...it's tempting but I wouldn't. |
With the new beds you just posted, I say the blue ones. I don't think he'll be happy with a pink/girly bed :rolleyes: |

I have a bed like the last one in the first section of the new beds - the metal bed except mine is black and plain cream. Suzy LOVES that bed but it may be best for when he's a little older. I like the blue one in that same section, it would probably be more cosy for him while he's younger. |
knowing dogs are den animals, I would choose the first one! Looks comfy in there and its "den-like". I have one similar for MiMi. :D Buying accessories, toys, and treats are fuN! |
