Three Cheers for Three Dog Bakery
 

I've been getting stuff from Three Dog for the last five or six years and never had a problem. Ozzie used to eat their Itty Bitty Bones (PERFECT for the Yorkie set), but as he has gotten older and both teeth and weight have become more problematic, we've switched exclusively to the Jump 'n Sit bits. They're only a little bigger than kibble and it really does make it seem like he is getting more, but he's not!

I usually reorder every couple months and I did that again over the weekend. I was stunned to find that the order had arrived yesterday. REALLY fast. Unfortunately, what was on my order form and on the packing slip was NOT what was in the box. A lot of places will put you through all kinds of hassles over their mistakes, but not Three Dog. I fired off an email late last night and first thing this morning, their response was in my inbox.

In part, it read: "We are sending you your correct order today. Give Ozzie our apologies on the inconvenience, his Apple Oatmeal Jump and Sit bits should be arriving shortly."

How cool is that?! Their products are all natural, so if you've got a pup with a sensitive gut, you may want to give their bones and bits a try. Not only do they have good stuff, they're great to do business with.:thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

I agree...before Delilah started her raw diet the Three Dogs Entree was the only thing she would eat. They really seem to love and care about dogs!

I've dealt with Three Dog Bakery when I had my Springer Spaniel. And she just loves them.. But now that she lives with my mom for the past 5 years (i gave her to my mom when her Rottie of 10 yrs died and she was lonely) she no longer believes in Three Dog She gets real food. And her fatness shows it too LOL.. No cooking is better then home cooking. In light, I purchased their cookbook when they had first come out to California. And when I couldnt get to the store to buy her things I would make them myself and she loved every ounce of it. (she eats anything i think, her fav is peeled potatoes (eww)).

What wonderful customer service! I'll keep them in mind for future treat orders! :)
