| Sometimes I forget that there are so many cold heartless people out there who treat their dog like cars. The think it's okay to leave them outside all day. :thumbdown They want to trade in old ones for new ones. :mad: They buy a new one if something happens to the old one. If something seems wrong, they ignore it and hope it goes away :cry: (i.e. your car makes a funny noise and you keep driving vs. your dog is throwing up and you ignore it, yes some people really do this). And in the spirit of this concept I would like to put forth the idea of dog licenses. No, not a license you get after you have your dog. A license you get when you prove yourself a worthy, responsible guardian. I am sure everyone on Yorkie Talk would pass. But for those people that didn't, they wouldn't be allowed to have a dog. What do you think? |
