.......this morning four partial bones were left....from the kitties.....I rinsed them and put them in the fridge for later..........they only get the legs on occasion....usually it's wings or necks and they devour everything.....most of the time I do seperate bowls but once in awhile when I'm rushing I just put them all on a plate and they get what they want....I do have to watch them when I do this because Pumpkin (black cat) always waits for her own so I have to make sure she is not slighted and Bella the chihuahua will not quit sometimes so I have to make sure she doesn't overeat ....once she looked like she swallowed an alligator so I semi fasted her the next day!!!!

Great shots, and I love your kitties! I would love to be able to treat them once in awhile, but with carpet I just can't figure out how........:confused:

how do you clean the floor after they are done??? Do they also need a bath from getting raw chicken on their fur?? i have been very curious about Raw feeding

...........the rug you don't see in the picture because I'm standing on it takes up almost half the kitchen and is indoor/outdoor carpet........the rug you do see is just a cheap rug......I try to feed them on the rugs or other surface so I don't have to clean the floors contantly....I just vaccum or wipe surfaces down.....the kitties clean themselves and the doggies I just wipe w warm water and cloth but really w the wings and necks it doesn't get as messy as you might think...and they usually drink lots of water which also helps w self cleaining.....if I had a patio I would prefer to feed them outdoors but I live in an apt in a commercial area and we don't even have a yard so I'm limited that way.....but you could use a mud room, feed them in crates, outdoors, whatever works best for you.....

I wipe their faces with warm water and a washcloth when they get messy. Its really not that messy, especially once they are used to it. I just mop the floor afterwards.
