Original or Samon Petzlife dental????? Saw the post about the Petzlife dental and this is something I want to order. Which does your yorkie prefer the original flavor or the samon? Can't make up my mind which one to get. |
I use the original, I have not tried the samon. Roxie runs the other way whenever I grab the gel or the spray! ;) |
I just ordered the original flavor, so I'll let you know when we get it. I've had messages from several others saying the salmon is healthier, but smells bad. IDK, but I can't stand fishy smells, so it's the original for me. I will find another source for the salmon oil. |
My yorkies hate the original flavor. I'm gonna try the salmon flavor next time to see if they will like that. |
Yup - the salmon is healthier because of the Omega 3 in it but Izzy hates it so next time I'm getting the original...but Luna and Izzy's mom told me to take the salmon Petzlife and smoosh into the toothbrush and put whatever she likes on top of that and brush (right now we have the CET Poultry flavor and she likes that) that way I'm not out the $25. :eek: |

We use the original. Cambria had really bad breath, and I was afraid the salmon would make it worse. However if you noticed I said HAD. I can not believe how well it worked on her bad breath. Oh, yeah and her teeth are much cleaner now too! |

I prefer the original mint flavor. It smells better and I could even use it on me if I wanted to :D, not that I do. My furkids don't like it. So I tried the spray. They still don't like it. So I tried the salmon. Same thing! They didn't like it. I didn't really care for the smell either, but guess what? It's great, it works, so they have to have it anyway! It just takes a minute to get a little blob on their upper lip and then they just have to lick it off, so they get it anyway. I really like this product. The only thing I have a hard time with is remembering to use it:eek: ... |
oooh I have been wanting to order this for Bruce. He seems to have icky teeth even with regular brushing and yearly cleanings, so I am glad to hear the positive reviews of this product! |
I use the regular flavor because I wouldn't want them to have fishy breath. They don't like the taste but they tolerate it. Their teeth are so white now and the plaque is really reduced. It's amazing stuff. |

I just ordered mine on Monday im so excited i cant wait to get it, i also ordered the original flavor i dont want my baby smelling all fishy. It's so great that you get free shipping i think it's a great deal. Cant wait to try it on my furbaby. |
