Update....NO SURGERY for maggie!!!!!!!!! I am so happy. We went today and saw a specialist and he believes maggie's leg is just fine in the cast and no surgery is needed. He took a new x-ray that shows lots of places where the bones are trying to fuse and it looks so much better than the other x-ray did. the last one that was taken was very blurry because they did the x-ray with the cast on and did not adjust the exposure on the x-ray. so....this one taken today was very clear. I am so happy. he shaved maggies leg and put a new cast on and said that in 2 weeks, he believes she will be more than fine to take the cast off. this is great news...the prayers worked!!!!!!! thanks to everyone!!!! |
