Doggie Cupcakes Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but... Does anyone have a recipe for a dog treat that looks like little cupcakes? Or even bon-bons. I bought my dog-niece some little bon-bons and cupcakes last week at one of those little pet shops that sell dog carriages and clothing and fancy treats. The cupcakes even looked like they had icing and sprinkles on them and the bon-bons looked like they were coated in tinted chocolate. I think that they are coated in unsweetened carob and the sprinkles are sesame seeds. They are supposed to be all natural and very healthful. The tiny bon-bons were $1 each and the cupcake (which was the size of a mini muffin) was $2.50. I'd love to have a recipe for something like them...anyone who can help? |
I posted the recipe I used for Chloe's birthday cake for her 6-month birthday last month. I made a 9 x 13, but you could do mini muffins! Only suggestion I have is to fill the muffin cups however high you want the muffins. The cake didn't rise at all (or VERY little) I used "real" candy sprinkles for the decorations. And I used liver treats to spell her name & used puppy milkbones as "candles." Good luck, be creative :D Here's the link: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...30&postcount=6 |
