Where can i find Stink free Bully? After a few reviews on this site about bullysticks, I decided to purchase some for my babies. They love them, but i don't. They stink! I wanted to know if there are any stink free bully? I was recently on the Merricks website but i am a little scared to purchase. Has any 1 ever used Merricks bully sticks/flossies? |
From what Ive heard the Pixie Sticks on Kathrine V's site dont stink |
I "love" Merricks! I buy "flossies" at a store down the steet from me called "Healthy Tails". They don't carry Merrick's but they only carry all natural items. They do have both kinds of bully sticks. Maybe you have one close to you otherwise here's a website: www.shophealthytails.com Good Luck! |
I second that about Kathryn V's Pixie sticks at BeyondSpoiled.com. They don't stink at all!!! They are great. |

Her "pixie sticks" are bully sticks. The ones I got from her weren't thin. They were about medium thickness and about 4 inches long. |
Great then they are different... cuz the ones at the store are thin & tiny! :D |

The pixie sticks from Beyond Spolied are great! I also like the Red Barn brand for my bigger babies.. 10 lb, 12 lb because they're longer...(but they DO STINK SO BAD, lol) The pixie sticks are great for my 7 lber, and new 1.5 lber :) |

Flossies don't stink at all. I never realized any of them did until our pet store was out of Flossies and I bought some bully sticks by Red Barn. I was lying on the couch watching TV that night and Basil was on the floor below me chewing on one of the new sticks. The foulest stench came wafting up and I thought he had pooped or something! I ONLY but FLossies now! |

Mia won't even touch a bully stick. That's probably why I don't know too much about them - only gave the bully's to her twice and the second time she wouldn't touch it... that was when she was about 6 months old - it's been flossies ever since. :) |
We give Sydney Red Barn bully sticks. I emailed the company and asked if any chemicals were used in processing the sticks. They wrote back that they didn't use any chemicals. The only thing added was a little human grade smoke flavor. There might be other chemical free sticks but these are the ones we use. You can get them at Petco or Pet Supplies Plus. |
Merridck's flossies don't smell, but Max's breath smells like an old man's who has just smoked as cigar after he's been chewing on it. Yuck, but I still let him kiss me. |
I bought some Merricks Flossies and my babies love it. But most important, it doesn't stink:D. I need the bigger size because Dior literally killed hers:rolleyes: Thank you every 1 for your suggestions. |
We buy Merricks flossies and bully sticks and also from Katheryn V at beyond spoiled. Those are the best stink free bully sticks!! |
I also bought pixie sticks from Kathyn. Riley loves them. But one day, I kept smelling this awful smell. I kept checking the carpet thinking Riley had pottied somewhere. Finally my husband said it was the pixie stick. I immediately threw it out. But, so far that was the only one that had an awful smell. |

There may be a few in a batch that just smell for one reason or another, I guess. I noticed one vendor on ebay says his do not smell at all. He says they are dried vertically so that any residual urine is drained off and that is how they keep them from smelling. Who knows? I know that some do smell worse than others. |
