Eagle Pack Pet Food My girls have been on this brand ever since the insane recall. I have monitored there website and check everyday for updates. So far so good! Does anyone else feed this brand to there yorkies? When I adopted Baby, her coat and skin was a MESS!!! It was awful! The poor baby had such bad dandruff and all she did was itch. Her previous owner had her on some sort of Purina. I quickly switched her to Eagle Brand Holistic Select "Anchovy, Sardine & Salmon Meal Formula" She has been on this now for a month and I'm happy to say her dry skin is 85% cleared up! She does not scratch as offten and her coat is getting that great shine to it. If you go to there website, and click on save$$$$ they will send you a free product to try. I think it's worth it, I'm very impressed with the way Baby's coat looks, considering what it looked like when I got her! http://www.eaglepack.com/Pages/recall_stmt.html |
My Yorkie isn't on it but my Doxie girls are. It was recommended to me by a Doxie show breeder. They have been on Eagle Pack for quite some time now. Faith is allergic to everything and with this food she never get's a reaction. Not to mention both of my Doxies have never been sick since being on the food and act like puppies again (in a good way). Their coats are shiny, no flakes or dander visible and are so soft. I love this food......the only problem I had with it is the dried beet pulp :(. So I am slowly switching them to Go! Natural. |

Eagle is GOOD - it's a great dog food. I don't have Yorkies (am lurking here to read about them and all that,LOL) but my Shih Tzu do GREAT on it. |
