This is terrifing! I just feel like this is a trickle effect. We all try to feed to good and we thought we were safe, that the 'crap' food is only targeted, but it seems to be trickle up to higher levels too & it's probably going to be found in Human foods too! :mad: |

Okay, now they're claiming that their food is not contaminated, but that they are asking people to stop feeding Venison & Brown Rice as a precaution... I guess they're not pulling it from the shelves, they're just telling people not to feed it...I'm confused because it says that kidney problems have been reported. This is all soooo confusing!!! |

I am so sick of this! :eek: Nothing is safe! 2 of my 3 Yorkies just spent all last week in the hospital with Kidney Failure, because of Nutro Natural Choice. My Abby almost didn't make it! I have a $1,000 vet bill. :eek: But you know what?? BOTH of my babies are better now, so that's the most important thing! :D I would pay it all over again! Have a great day everyone! |

Abby & Max were supposed to be eating their Royal Canin... but we got a new puppy & had a hard time finding something it would eat... so we tried the Nutro wet puppy food. :eek: It turns out that Minnie wouldn't touch the stuff, but Abby & Max would gobble it down when they thought I wasn't looking. Go figure... |
yikes!!! i feed mine either solid gold or natural balance venison and brown rice!!!!! im so glad i have them on solid gold right now, but if they are already telling us to stop feeding them one of their brands, I would just stop with that whole line all together!!!!!!!!!! you never know!! |
I'm not taking any chances either...I only feed the rolls sometimes and every once in a while, the canned. But not now... |
