How do you cook the organ meats? I am new at the home cooking deal. I noticed on several lists that it's important to give them organ meats (hearts, livers, gizzards). How do you cook them? Fried, steamed, broiled or boiled? I like chicken livers and beef liver, but I like it fried after being rolled in flour. |
Boil it fried food is not good for them. |
Organ meats I boil mine and use the broth for the added ingredient s to soak up more flavoring in whatever I add which is usally sweet potatoe or brown rice or regular potatoe. |
