Yorkie Boots and Booties Does anyone have any experience with what the best type/brand of bootie to place on my little boy's feet? He lets us do anything to him including wearing hats and just about anything else. I don't know where he gets his patience, but he is so easy to work with, groom, trim, etc. He just stands there and lets us do whatever for as long as it takes and then he is ready to rock and roll. Any way, booties for winter anyone? Thank you, Samc:thumbup: and Bailey:aimeeyork |
I know some people put booties on dogs, and I have no idea how they convince the dog to wear them for more than a couple minutes... I got booties but my dog hates them. Tough, because today morning was in the 20's and I know his paws must freeze... I'll keep trying. If your dog has so much patience I'd definitely buy soft ones at first and see how he likes them - good luck! |
2 Attachment(s) I was looking for winter boots also. It's hard to find ones to match her winter coat which is pink/tan suede. She has pink boots but they are fashion boots and not very practical for winter snow! Here is a pic with her fur coat and matching boots! |

I have some "mutt lucks" brand new, size small, if you would like to make me an offer! Gracie kept them on all of 15 seconds (in the house). I paid $42 for them (crazy mom). Obviously Gracie has never worn them. |
Ha Ha...I put a set (almost said pair) of golden booties on Brandy last Christmas and she just stood there....for like five minutes until I took them off. I tried again a couple more times and each time she just stands perfectly still until I take them off. I think she thinks she's glued to the floor or something. |
