Just won't put on weight Hey there, anybody had problems with regard to eating. my little izzie is 10 months and is not interested in eating much of anything. Over the last 7 months we have given lots of food a try and then to stick them out. She is so thin and although very healthy as i keep an eye on her and so do the vets. I just think she really needs fattening up. She just seems to have no appetite. Any ideas anyone??? |

I would boil chicken breast and cut into tiny pieces and mix with her kibble. I am sure you have tried several brands but I use Natural Balance Organic and add the chicken, that is the diet I keep Buddy on. He licks his bowl clean. Good luck. |

The vets have a prescrition PD food that is good for putting on weight because it has extra calories |

What I've started doing to fatten my little ones up is get some grated Parmesean Cheese (you know, the kind that comes in the green can and you sprinkle it on Spagetti, not the shredded kind) and I sprinkle just a little on their food in the mornings. It is too small for them to just pick the cheese out and it really sticks to their food and makes them eat a lot of it. It I use so little that I am sure it won't hurt them. |
