Reproduction vs. neutering Hello! My baby's almost 7 m.o. and I was planning to get him neutered soon. Also another idea came to my mind... what if I wait a little bit and find a female for reproduction, and I would get him neutered after. Does anybody know the consequences of having a male neutered only after reproduction? Is it completely not worth it? (Sorry for my english ;) |

I'm not sure what it's like after they've already been a stud, but I know that if you wait too long to get them neutered they will still act as if their unneutered, such as aggression, marking, etc. If you wait too long to get them neutered, it has little if no impact on their behavior. |

completely not worth it...try search for other threads on this subject. and welcome to YT! Your English is terrific, better than many people who have it as an apparent first language, lol! |

My aunt has 2 weimeraners and one is really mean, and the other is the sweetest thing. Complete opposites! My boxer was nuetered after like almost 2yrs (we were going to breed him) but because of his behavior, we can't. He doesn't have to mark everything, except one tree in the backyard that is by a fence that has dogs on the other side. Hes aggression is still the same though. |
