Help finding a Vet Our yorkie limps and favors his leg after he has been resting, after walking for a while he has normal movement and appears fine. I think our Yorkie, who just turned 6, might have a Luxating Patella or arthritis. I'm not really sure which is why I am looking for a good vet. Our current vet keeps telling us nothing is wrong, and has taken an x-ray, but there is no doubt that 'something' is wrong. Any advice for us would be appreciated. Does anyone know of a good veterinarian, with yorkie experience, in Southern California? Thank you. |
What part of southern CA are you from? My breeder is in Orange County, and you could phone her and ask her which vet she recommends. |
North of OC We're about 15 miles north of Orange County, so it is close enough. We are willing to go wherever necessary, we want the little guy to be okay. Thanks for the reply Junebug. |
Here's my breeder's website: http://www.bejazeyorkies.com Her name is Linda Bush. I didn't see a phone number listed, but you could hit the "Send me an e-mail" link, and ask her about good Yorkie vets in the area. Sorry I can't be of more help! |
Thank you Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you. |
