omega's in pill form? I thougt I read somewhere that the omega 3 & 6 that are is grizzley salmon oil can be found in pill form. If so then what is thename of the pill or capsule and where can I get it. Also is the omegas the only thing that the oil has in it that is beneficial or is the oil its self beneficial for coat and skin? |
There's a really good pill (liquid Gel) called Liperderm sold in most Petco's and Petsmarts....I used to use it for my cocker spaniel Tessa...She got so good at taking them she opens her mouth all by herself :D |
Dr Fosters and Smith has it in pill form. Iforget what it is called though. |
You can also get the human form as well...the vet that I called said that 1 capsule given on a daily basis of the human form (bought at your local pharmacy as omega 3 fatty acid) will not hurt your little ones. My mom's been doing this for a while now and has seen DRASTIC changes in her dog's skin and coat. They LOVE to chew the caps and let them "pop" in their mouths. LOL |

The ones i feed Lexis are called VET Solutions for small breeds. She use to like them but now she hates them for some reasons. |
