Respiratory Problem With more frequency and longer episodes our 4 year old male is experiencing episodes that I would describe to be very much like an asthma attack..Do dogs get asthma? Any idea what might be going on? |
Could it be collapsing trachea? Have you been to the vet? |

Collapsed Trachea 😢😇- RIP Teenie 9/17/17 13yrs young Hello I had my fur baby (Teenie) :aimeeyorkup until recently. The vet checked her out about a year and a half ago and at that time said it was a possibility she has the beginning stages of a Collapsing Trachea. They put her on two different types of inhalers on a narcotic cough medicine. As you can imagine this is a parents worse nightmare to experience for both The ourselves and for especially our babies. Smaller dogs are prone to this ilness. If I could change one thing had I known it would’ve helped Teenie I would’ve never used a regular collar, I would’ve rather used a harness. |
