Can you use this without having to do this form? |
Just another update on Alfie. I had to take him back to the vets on Saturday as green puss started to seep from around the neck of his privates, not the wound. It had been exposed since the operation and the vet told me to get him in straightaway. They put a stitch into it as it would have caused an infection. Besides that they did an xray and they said his bladder looks fine so at least we know that. My wee man has been through a lot and just hope that this is the end for a long time at least. |
I had my 15 year old, little male on precription Hills since he was young. He got really bad allergies and I have been giving him shots for years. I made my mind up after Turing the can over and putting things one at a time in the computerm that I couldn't even pronounce. I was SHOCKELD to death. I now home cook. All this time, he has problems with his liver, he has a heart mummer, he has a leaky heart valve, high blood pressure, etc. I have put meds and kept feeding him that crap. Now, his coat is soft and shiny, he feels better. I almost killed him. And my other two also, they were also on Hills. NEVER go back to any canned or dry food. I know what they eat, I know WHAT is in the food, I make it balanced. I am so Grateful I did some research. |
That's good to know that switching to homecooking has helped. Sorry your little guy has all that trouble too. My wee rescue Penny has a serious heart murmur too. It's just getting them used to it although they love it they are getting introduced to new foods like veggies pureed. I am not sure if I have it balanced. I can't give Alfie certain vitamins such as C & D because of his stone formation, but have so far got a b complex with E, selenium and zinc vitamin, also have flax oil for omega 3 and need to look for calcium, potassium citrate and glucosamine sup too. |
