Chicken soup for the dog lovers soul I have a 3 year old female, and just recently added a new addition, a little puppy.. my 3 year old has recently been having allergies, chewing and scratching at herself. She is currently on royal canine, as it is the only food I could ever get her to eat (I know it's not the best, and could quite possibly be causing these allergies) So I want to give chicken soup for the dog lovers soul a try. Which bag do you recommend? The grain free? Also do they have a bag for all life stages, or will I need a bag of puppy and a bag of adult ? Thanks in advance. |
dog Had my dee dee to the vet . She scratched bald patches. She has been on hills zd dog food and her coat is all grown back. This food really helped her. It took awhile and she gets nothing else. Zd has dry and wet food and biscuits. It works for allergies |
Bubba and Sissy (11 and 10 yrs) have both been on Chicken Soup since they were puppies. Neither has had a problem with their skin. They are on the adult formula kibble twice a day and also get about 1/8 of a can of the wet with their dinner. I would get puppy food for the little one. Our vet told us when it was time to switch them over to adult but doesn't feel they are ready for the senior yet as they are very active. Have you tried calling the Chicken Soup Co and asking for samples to give them just as a treat to see if they like it? |
No I didn't know they would give out samples ? That would be great if I could get samples |
