I am thinking of it.. I like the limited ingredients in some of the formulas and i like that it is a privately owned company , all natural and no recalls.. The customer service is amazing..

Right now I am feeding Natural Balance but the fact they sold out to Del Monte makes me very uncomfortable plus the customer service is horrid..

Yes I do remember reading something about the kibble being very crunchy and brittle causing a lot of breakage leading to dust in the bottom of the bag but the company fixed that issue with a formula change so I wrote to the company and asked them and this is the response..

Am I blind...I don't see the ingredients, where is it?

This food looks great but the website is plain terrible to navigate and read. When you go to the page for a certain formula, at the bottom of the page, there's a link that says "Click here for detailed information about Original Puppy and Adult Kibble Dog Food."

Update
 

So I decided to give the FRR a try .. I ordered the Lamb & Rice Kibble ..
The kibble smells so good and has a nice fresh smell .. The kibble is not super hard and not crumbly at all since FRR changed the cooking process.
My dogs have been eating it for a week now . Everyone is doing great ..
No tummy troubles except a little soft poo . I did do a transition of about 5 days but they were much better on just the FRR... Now solid poos..
I really like this company , they answered all my questions
and the customer service is excellent ..
I switched my cats to FRR as well , they love it and they are super picky.
