kaykos nose look at his nose its turning tan ! i dont know why its doing this http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...Picture140.jpg |
Well, I don't know why his nose would change color but his eyes are beautiful and he has gorgeous coloring...sorry, I guess that's really no help... |
its so weird tho his head is turning all white and his nose is tan hmmm i have never seen that before lol |
I didnt know their noses change colors. His coat has pretty coloring. |
Maybe he's morphing into a Maltese!! LOL! Sorry, I shamelessly crack myself up sometimes! |
Is he a poodle yorkie mix? This happens often with mix breed dogs. His snout is longer than usual also but this does happen with purebreds also. He's a cutie either way around. =) The white head should only be on the crown-He should still have a tan mask. I would post pictures of the progression but I don't know how. |
I'd love to see pix of the progression, cause I'm wondering how Bo's stages of change will progress... |
Such a cute picture. You always have pictures to share and I love that. Sorry I can't answer you question. :) |

browniesmom622 ... Toto's little nose did that to a smaller degree! Her's is more narrow but runs right up the center of her little nose! I was mortified!!! :) Spoke with her breeder, Ava, and she said it was "snow nose" ... loss of pigmentation. Looked it up online and I can't remember all the details now, but sometimes it happens in winter when they aren't outside as much. Well ... Toto's not outside often at all! When we took her down to Alameda East in Denver a few weeks ago, that was on my list of things I wanted checked and Dr. Kelly confirmed what Ava said. She said her own dog has it and it was nothing to worry about unless the pigment in other areas also began to do it ... like her lips, around her eyes or other places that are black. We just keep an eye out to see if we notice it anywhere else and in the meantime we just refer to it as her little "beauty mark"!! ;) |
