I´ve never had a female bleed for that long..that´s well over a month, it does seem an awful long time.Of course, my previous females were all fixed after their first heat and Bella is the only female I´ve had that isnt fixed, so I´m not super experienced on heat cycles, but as a rule, the bleeding lasts about 2+ weeks.
This last heat, Bella bled for 12 days and had a brownish discharge for about 3 after that, & the heat before, she bled for 11 days and had a discharge for 5 days (I took notes of her heat cycles because we planned to breed her, so I wanted to get to know her cycle better beforehand).
I´m not sure, but it´s not what I´m used too..I hope someone else can help. |
