Question about milk thistle. 1 Attachment(s) Hi everyone.. My wife and i are new to the forum and have a 4 month old baby yorkie named chase. We want to put him on milk thistle, but he only weighs 2.3 lbs and we want to make sure he gets the correct dose. All the milk thistle i've seen is for dogs 10lbs and up. Can anyone steer us in the right direction and or recommend milk thistle that you use. Thank you in advance for all responses. God Bless! |
I really do not have any suggestions but I do want to welcome you to YT. You may want to check with the vet. |

Instead of milk thistle, you can use denamarin for small dogs and cats up to 12 pounds. The one in the blue box. It's a little pricier than plain milk thistle and contains both milk thistle and SamE. It's available on amazon and at most pet med companies online and does not require a prescription. Diana and Scooby |
