Cosequin or Dasuquin? Which one do you use? I have always used Dasuquin, but I have noticed a lot of you use Cosequin. Dasuquin is much more costly, and has MSM in it, but is it worth the extra cost? |

I viewed it and don't know what to tell you, because I'm curious myself, hence why I didn't have any reason to reply. Now I've replied and contributed zero to this thread. lol. Hopefully someone else will chime in. |

I have used both and like them equally as well. Jada has LP in both knees and I can't tell any difference between the two. |

I am interested as well, and have followed this thread hoping those that use either will offer opinions. I had not heard of dasuquin. My DD's aging Rhodesian Ridgeback mix has bad hips, and my little 4 yr old Morkie Kayla possibly has beginning LP. She will see vet in a few weeks to confirm diagnosis and grade of LP. |
I just reordered another bottle of Dasuquin.:) |
Our Shepherd takes Dasaquin for her knees. If works great and we can tell a big difference. She doesn't walk as slow or limp as much. She is almost 12 years old. |
my husky takes the cosequin and works well for her Have never used the other |
I just noticed yesterday when I was searching for the best price (Jada is almost out of Cosuquin) that they have it available now with MSM. I was switching products because in my mind I thought Jada would develop an immunity to taking the same product all the time. She had her annual checkup two weeks ago and our vet said her knees were in good shape,no worse and actually in place and felt good. He said that dog don't develop and immunity to the joint supplements and that keep using what I was using since she was doing so well. |
