So glad she's doing good. I remember well that feeling of just wanting to know they are home and doing well. What relief. |

I was checking her incision and it looks okay, although there is the big.bruise at the site of incision (I mentioned earlier that from what the vet described, they hit a blood vessel while sewing her up) But then I was checking her all over and she has a quarter sized bruise on her neck!!! I did not see this until just now and I am concerned as to why her.neck was hit so hard that it'd bruise. I am positive she didn't get it under my watch. It's just a bruise, but on a 2 lb dog it looks huge and its bright red. I'm calling the vet first thing in the morning to discuss it. I want to know how she got hit so hard in the very delicate trachea area that she has a bruise there. Honestly I'm pretty p*ssed. Is there a possibility the blood vessel thing, which is on her abdomen, would somehow lead to a bruise on her throat? |
