Skin color changed on Momo's... 1 Attachment(s) wee wee! It's brown color & on the tip. Is this normal? Should I take him to see his vet? There's no discharge, no swelling, no bumps, nothing abnormal & he's neutered. Just noticed it right now when he rolled over for a tummy rub. He cleans himself after going pee, so it looks wet in the pic. Attachment 377291 sawwie for the inappropriate pic! loll |
It looks normal to me... He has great skin color! I can text you a pic of Peanut's wee so you can compare if you like :p |
I am not even going to go there . . . |
Scoobers has this same area, got them at about 2 years old. Vet did skin scrape at firstthe we wereare worried about cancerthe spots as hea lays on histhe back into thethe sun a lot-nothing here. Not even a skin infection. Since he has several more no idea but he also has light pink patches. , the dark ones I thought were dirt at first noticing them they seemed to appear over night. Weirds me out Elvis has them but he's a parti and his are irish something spots. |
Looks normal to me!! |
Just got off the phone w/my vet & he said pigment changes can occur benignly on the skin, it's normal. If it was on the inside (the wee wee itself, where it's pink...I don't wanna say the p word! loll), that is a sign of infection, sexually transmitted disease or tumor growth & should be seen right away. What a relief! I didn't notice it before & was so alarmed bc of the sudden brown mark that appeared...it does look like pigmentation has changed on the surface of the skin. It's not dirt or dirty or anything. I always wash his wee wee after we go for walkies along w/his mouth (bc he drools), remove any eye burgers & wash his paws every night. My stinky monkey heehee. Loll the responses are funny & TY all for reassuring me! |
Are you sure this is not discharge of some type? It looks like what Peek A Boo had recently... very sticky, gooey reddish-brown stuff at the tip on his skin, extremely difficult to remove. Turns out he had a UTI and some crystals. No symptoms, was acting fine... |
No helpful info to impart, just wanted to pass along my admiration for Momo's wee wee  :winky:  Maybe, if you can't actually say the word PENIS.... you prefer bullystick??? :sidesplt:  :sidesplt: |

I'm going to shave all the hair off & clean it, see how that goes, but I'll probably end up taking him in anyway. Quote:

Took Momo to the vet earlier...it's just skin pigmentation. Our reg vet was gone for the day, so another vet saw him. She examined his wee wee by stretching it lolll! She said he may or may not get more spots...he does have one in the corner of his eye. Came home & shaved off all the hair & cleaned him up real good. I think the stiff hair was just dried pee. There's no discharge or sticky stuff. So we'll see how it goes, all nekkid down there.:D |
