Pigeon Feathers Hi, my smallest of my 2 Yorkies, Mienkie, seem to love pigeon feathers, whenever she finds one, she would eat as much of it as she can. I always take it away from her. Can I let her eat them (as she loves them), or is it right to take it away? |
Hello! I personally would take them away asap, I think pigeons are quite flea-y so it's probably best to stop them swallowing anything which might create a problem in your little one? :) Why do they always love such yucky stuff?!! Sally + Harry x |
thought so, don't like her chewing on that really, it's just the sadness in her face when I take it away... |
You're like me - you don't want to take anything away from them if they might be havin' some fun :)! I would try to take the feathers away though bc birds carry giardia... |
Ewww. Pigeons are rats of the sky. Take the feather away and trade it for a bully or something. How did she discover she even liked them? So strange I've never heard that before. |
