Healthy Paws or Pet Plan? Hey Everyone, I'm trying to research pet insurance for my 2 kids. I think i've narrowed it down to Healthy Paws or Pet Plan, but I'm having a hard time finding reliable information to compare the two. Has anyone had any expirience with healthy paws? It seams as though they are one of the newer companies on the market and I'm concerned they seem too good to be true. Any input or expiriences would be appreciated!!! Thanks! Lindsay, Rusty & Roxi |
I bought PetPlan when our little Kinder was a puppy. We got the silver plan $50.00 deductible and it surely has paid for itself. PetPlan is good about paying you back and the customer service is wonderful if you have to speak with someone. I know it is hard to decide which one so the best thing is to call them and talk to them from each company. Hope this helps. Susan |
I'm not familiar with Healthy Paws. We have Petplan and love it. We've never had any trouble with it and our claims are always quickly reimbursed. |
Since you opened a thread about it, I went to PetPlan and they only offer service to the states? Wondering if anyone knows a Canadian Pet Insurance company that's good to work with as well! |
But Pet plan is a per incident deductible, right? Isn't an annual deductible better, such as what Healthy Paws offers? |
I decided to go with Healthy Paws. I really like the annual deductible, no annual maximums, and overall lower premiums then Pet Plan. |
