Go to this website link and sign up for a coupon. Supposedly it's good for a 4-6lb. bag of food! I was wanting to change Rocco over to one of these brands anyhow, so the timing will be pefect. (Wellness is causing major eye gunk on him).

Wellness caused eye gunk on Jackson too! Isn't that odd? I love Wellness as a food/brand too, so it's a shame it caused that for us.

Just as an FYI (you may already know) but Natura was bought out by Proctor & Gamble and a lot of high quality pet stores are no longer selling it. P&G makes Iams, etc, and has somewhat of a bad rep. I just thought you'd like to be aware :)

Yep. The store where I buy my dogs food stopped carrying it. They had a sign up for a little while that they would special order it for you if you wanted it, but they will no longer give it ANY shelf space.

Oh dang. Thanks for the head's up, I did not know that. I thought that EVO and Innova were reputable foods. What do you feed Jackson again? (I've seen in other posts but don't remember). I am sure the Wellness is causing the problem because when he was on the vet diet for his diarrhea after eating a pencil, I noticed how clean and clear his eyes were that entire week. Then within ONE day being back on Wellness, the goop started again. Very disappointed, because I did sooo much research before choosing Wellness, and he really does very very well on it. (The little chunk pot is hovering at the 7.1lb mark :D)

Oh well, at the very least I'll donate the food to a local shelter. I don't think I'll be using it for Rocco.

Orijen and Acana. :) Both made by Champion Pet Foods. IMO, they are one of the best companies out there today. If they ever go downhill, I will not know who or what to believe anymore when it comes to dog food, lol. Check out their site Champion Petfoods | Home -- amazing pet food. :)
