About a year ago, my sisters dog had ripped open some stitches and her regular vet was closed. We went to an emergency vet and they put us in a room and then wanted to take the dog to see the vet. My sister refused and wanted to at the very least meet the vet first. He wouldn't come see her. Finally after a huge ordeal he did. He would not even look either of us in the eye and mumbled. It was the creepiest ordeal I have ever been through. We took the dog and got out of there and I will never go there again. I always wonder what kind of people go there or how they have any business. |
The only time the pups go in the back for me is for their blood being drawn. I did go in once because I was playing with Nala and accidentally pulled out a baby tooth that she was going to have pulled and was worried about it, so they squeezed me in Friday evening and had no room so they took her in the back, but then my amazing vet came back out with her to chat with me quickly up front. If it's something you feel uncomfortable with maybe try talking to them about it, or if you don't feel comfortable with their reasoning, find a different vet. |
