Dasuquin soft chews???? Anyone using the Dasuquin softchews? I am so confused on which is best the chews or the pill. I think Jada would be more likely to eat the chew than take a pill. She is currently on a liquid glucosamine. Her LP has progressed to a grade 3. Our Vet has recommended the Dasuquin. I can get the Dasuquin from my vet but it is 1.00 a pill:eek: It is so much cheaper to get it online, but now I am not sure which one to order. |

I found that the chews were more expensive, so I decided to try the pills first... my dogs run for them thinking they are a treat... so I have stuck with them. I get the bottle of 150, they each get a half per day, so that lasts me 5 months. Im sure the chews are just as good, just more expensive. If you want PM me your address and I will mail a couple of pills off to you and you can see if she will eat them before you buy a whole bottle. |
I'm confused about the difference with Dasuquin vs Cosequin? Is Daduquin stronger and has more in it? |

We use Dasuquin to give glucosamine to Snickers, he had Luxating Patella surgery last Nov. We have the pills and he would never eat them. Now I mash them up into powder and sprinkle it onto his raw every mornin to ensure he gets it. Soft chews sound amazing, but I already bought the huge bottle of pills from my vet for 80 bucks!! It's worth every penny though:). Smiles- Snick & Viv |
We been using the pills. they get 1 half of a pill and I cut it up into 3rds and wrap it in something, like cheese, mashed potatos or carrots and they think it is a crunchy treat. lol |

Widget thinks the Dasuquin is a treat and runs to get it every morning. I am sure it is the reason why his teeth are super bright. So, it has had two pleasing results. |
