Conditioner/Skin question I know very little about this subject and I want to learn more. I think I've read that dog conditioners not only condition hair but also condition their skin. If this is so, and Kaji were to get a little dry skin on his belly, would I then just use more conditioner to keep his skin moisturized, or would I need to go out and buy doggy lotion? (if there were such a thing) |

We use Biogroom Oatmeal Conditioner and Shampoo. I never even knew there was such as thing as dog conditioner, but I'm so glad I found out about it when I did. I started using it because of Kimbo's dry tummy skin as well. Works like a charm!! We bathe our boy every Saturday morning and he never suffers from dry skin anymore. |
I use to use Bio Groom. I really wanted something with a nicer scent, so I was trying Yorkie Splash and Shine (loved it!) and Nootie. But I think experimenting with shampoos and spending 3 days at the beach made Kaji's skin dry. :( I'm sticking to Splash and Shine, and I'm hoping the conditioner will condition and moisturize his dry skin as well as his cottony coat. :) |

What are the ingredients in Splash and Shine? |

Never mind I Google it :) Looks like they have good stuff in it that should not dry his skin. I don't care for artificial fragrance oil though, but it's probably very mild. |

the cherry remo you are going to blow dry the dog it is just a conditioner so it would be the same if he licked the conditioner or shampoo after using it now |
Thanks! My dad and I visit Wholefoods every week, I'll be sure to look for nuvita. |
