Food for Puppy and a 15 month old I thought I saw that someone has a food that you can feed puppys and adult dogs. My babies are 16 weeks and the other one is 15 months old. The older dog (Boomer) eats the younger dogs (Bailey) puppy food. I hope this does not sound like a dumb question. |
There are foods that are All Life Stages so you can feed it to both puppies and adults. Does that help answer your question? :) |

Examples of foods that are ALS (all-life stages): Brand / Line / Flavors Merrick / Before Grain / Buffalo, Chicken, and Salmon Natura / Evo / Turkey & Chicken, Red Meat Fromm / / Salmon, Chicken, Duck, Pork, Surf & Turf, Whitefish & Potato Honest Kitchen / Keen Natura / Innova / Small Bites Sojo Nature's Variety / Prairie / Chicken, Beef, Venison, Salmon, lamb Nature's Variety / Instinct (Grain-free) / Chicken, Duck & Turkey, Rabbit Nature's Variety / Freeze-dried raw / Chicken Nature's Variety / Raw / Chicken, Rabbit, Venison The above list isn't complete, just examples. I put it together when I was looking for good-quality ALS kibble that was made without using ethoxyquin that I could find locally. The above brands / lines also have ALS food that is canned. I think any brand of raw would be considered ALS. |

Wellness small bites , super 5 mix is anther good brand . I feed that one to my 2 babies and my youngest is fine with it , the kibble is very small . |
Thank you all for your help. I have got to do something or Boomer is going to get very heavy eating puppy food. :( |
I got them the Merrick Buffalo. I just hope they like it. My babies are so spoiled. I went in just for the dog food but ended up spending $60.00. I bought them the food plus toys and treats. Oh and I got them the bully sticks. I didn't think I would since I found out what they really are but they love them. Now I will have to keep buying them.:D |
