Does anyone feed Wellness Core? My little one just turned 1 Saturday and he is on Wellness Small Breed and really likes it, but he has been having a lot more episodes of shortened breath maybe reverse sneezing. So i had the idea of maybe trying him on Wellness Core since it is grain free and only try it for spring to see how he does on it. Im not sure what the weight range is on it? Does anyone know? I am also very skeptical about it since it has not been out on the market for too long, but that does not mean it is not a good food . So tell me what you think about it :] |
Maybe you should go to Wellness website and request a sample? Let your dog try a little and see how he reacts. Like you said, just cuz it's new doesn't mean it's bad food. |

I just started using it. I am home cooking but I can't get Mriacle to eat if I put the Omega 3/6 in her food so I put about a 1TBSP in her food and she eats it up. I have only been doing this for about 2 days so I'm not real helpful. sorry. If you think you little one has allergies you should always start with an elimnation diet and feed him 1 protien and 1 carb. they usually reccomend venison and sweet potato. I feed miracle venison, green beans and pumpkin, along with the one tbsp of Wellness core fish meal. |
I feed my babies Wellness Core with no problem. |
I've heard great things about Wellness CORE  I think it's a really good food. The pieces are kind of big though... most don't have a problem with it but it's just something to put out there. I'm pretty sure Wellness sends out samples. |
I've fed Wellness CORE and like it...I think it's a great food. |
ok i really appreciate the help! I will ask for a sample:] Yeah im worried about the grains in the other food , im just not sure though if eliminating them will actually help but i guess we will see :] |
I've read grain free is best for pups w/allergies...And I've read raw is the very best, but some ppl don't want to go that route...Best wishes w/your diet change... |
