 Carrots! How many of you guys have pups that love carrots My two guys think they are the best treats in the world I just have to say the word and they start barking and running around as if I said that I was going to take them to the park :animal36 |

 My girls LOVE carrots too. I am actually taking a break b/c Maddie got to where she would eat anything but carrots. I found something she liked and overdid it I guess...:rolleyes: |

 Carrot=yorkie drug!   |

 Add two more carrot crazed doggie's to the list :) Chloe likes them alot but I think Sydney would actually run into a burning building if she thought carrots were in there :rolleyes: |

 Carrots are our favorite treat Both Caesar and Lacy go crazy for carrots. We have "wine time" at 5:00 and they have "carrot time"! All of the comments that have been posted apply to these two. My husband is convinced that it is going to keep their eyes healthy! |

 Mine love carrots. :) They will jump thru hoops for them--literally. :) |

 my dogs love carrots and green beans and squash! |

 Carrots.... My boy, Mr. Darcy loves carrots, which I only discovered yesterday! He is just one. Mine were cooked - are other posts referring to raw or cooked? |

 Hannah loves carrots. She gnaws on them like she does her flossies. |

 Ted is a huge fan of carrots, but after a recent scare with a raw baby carrot (choking and had to dig out of his throat), I'm too scared to give them uncooked. He had chomped it up into little bits as he always does; yet one little bit still got stuck in his throat. Be careful with the raw veggies. Always watch them. |

 I use reg carrots and slice them really thin, Bailey loves them! |

 We have always used the little raw carrots and have never had a problem. |

 Agreed-Carrots are Yorkie Crack We always steam them after slicing them into coins or we put them into a microwave safe bowl with a couple teaspoons of water, saran wrap and micro wave them for 1 1/2 mins. so they are soft. (and after waiting about 5-10 mins to cool or after running them under cool water) I heard that the baby carrots aren't great because they are treated with chlorine. While the amount is small and it is safe for humans, I am concerned it could affect a 8 lb. Yorkie so we always get the full size and just peel them. Its funny becasue as soon as he sees it, game on! He won't leave the kitchen until he gets one |
