and prayers tonight and tomorrow, he goes for his neuter in the morning. I am nervous about it, but I trust my vet. I know he will do fine. Thankfully all his teeth came in fine so all he will have done is the nueter and microchip. When Nikki goes next month for her spay she will have to have some teeth removed. I will let you know when she goes in for her surgery. Thank you all in advance!!! Gotta go groom him in a little while so he will be handsome when we go.

Will be saying prayers for Gizmo (and mom!) that surgery goes quickly and perfectly. Please keep us updated so we can do the happy dance when he's back home safe and sound:)

Prayers sent for Gizmo, the Doctor, the Attendants, and You!!! I know we all worry about our little ones, but we just have to give it to the One who created them...He's already made provisions for a successful surgery...I'll be looking forward to the good report tomorrow!

oh, THANK YOU ALL so much!!! I knew I could count on you all to know what I am going through with the worry. I think Gizmo knows something is up he is staying by my side alot tonight!! I will let you all know when he is out of surgery!!!!

Try not to worry i'm sure he will be ok, I had one 2wks ago have the same surgery plus some more & he is just fine. he weighs 3.6

My Gizmo has a message for your Gizmo -

Hey Dude! It's not so bad. All of the pretty nurses will be giving you a lot of attention.:thumbup: You'll sleep through most of it, and then more attention. :thumbup:;) Then, your mommy will take you home and let you sit by her all night! It's actually not that bad. :p

It's impossible NOT to worry about your babies at these times, even when we know they'll be just fine. :p I'm sending prayers and best wishes for today!

Thinking of you and little Gizmo today and praying that he will bounce back in record time! When our Toto had her spay, she did way better than Papa & Nonnie. ;) God bless!

I am thinking of Gizmo! Jimi is getting the procedure done next month and I will be sooo nervous! Gizmo will do just fine. :)

Gizmo did GREAT!!! He is at the vets until 3:30, then I can pick him up!!! THey called and told me he was resting and did wonderful!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!! I am so relieved!!!!!!!!!!! Will update you again after I bring him home this afternoon!!!!!

That's great! :D:thumbup: Give him some gentle hugs from us when you pick him up.

Also,since tomorrow is New Year's Eve, you might want to get an emergency number in case you have any questions about his aftercare. And see if they will send some pain meds home just in case. He probably won't need them, but my Gizmo did need one extra dose after he came home.

Well, Gizmo is home and doing great!!! He is grumpy and tired but doing well. He had four teeth pulled, neuter, and got microchipped, I would be grumpy too!!! He is on pain meds and I have enough to last until Sunday. He is such a good puppy!! I bought him a nice comfy bed to sleep in tonight, he always sleeps in his crate at night, so he will be extra comfortable tonight!!! Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, you guys are the greatest!!!!!!:D

Way to Go Gizmooooooooo!!!! Yep, I can imagine he'd be grumpy...To be honest, the pain killers bothered Apple (w/her spay) more than the surgery, albeit, I think she needed them the first night...I've heard the little guys do much better, sooner, than the little girls, so here's hoping the stats are right and gizmo is good to go tomorrow (even 'though he needs to take it easy for a few days)....So glad to get the good report ;)
