Well I emailed the vet college yesterday and this morning a woman called me to ask what had happened. I told her basically- i know this happens- especially around the ribs- easy to do. But this cut is so big that i KNOW she yelped when it happened and I was just upset that I ahd to find it on my own and I was not told about it. She totally understood and was going to talk to the person in charge of the shaving. She told me to continue to keep her updated, especially if I bring her to the vet.
