If you want her to gain weight, you could feed 1.5 nuggets per day...? Marcel is 3lbs and I give him about 2.3 oz per day (so, a little over 2 "nuggets") and his body is slim, but nice and solid....he likes to maintain his athletic cut :p. | gosh, you know i WANT to feed milu LOTS! i think she is too tiny!!!! but she doesn't like to eat. we have trouble getting her to eat 1 nugget a day! and this is with me putting treats/steak/chicken on top of each little bite of raw. (i cut up chicken/steak/treats into tiny pieces and put it on top of each bite of raw)
i prepare one bite at a time for her. and she runs away from me when i am getting her next bite of food ready!
i will try though. sometimes i get really discouraged and i stop trying so hard, and other times i am motivated to cater to her...
p.s. the reason i do one bite at a time is because if i didn't do that, she makes a big mess of it.(not because i am crazy!!!) and it's very gross when it's raw meat. |
