collapsing trachea??? Hi, can the experiened breeders pls enlightening me on this. My stud dog every now and again when i tkae him out for a walk or when he gets oer excited, starts to choke? I have to hold his neck so he gets his breath, is this a collasping trachea and how dangerous or wat shall i do if it is. Thanks:confused: |
I would guess that what you're experiencing is reverse sneezing. My Reuger does this quite a bit. It's like they just can't get a breathe. I learned on here that when they do that to put your hand over their nose. I don't know if it takes their mind off of it or if it calms them down but it usually works. When it doesn't work I'll pick Reuger up until it passes. I hope this helps. I don't think that it's anything serious. |
