hypoglycemia At what age (months) do our babies bodies start to balance out blood sugar so they are less at risk for hypoglycemia? Problem with my 7 month old is that he doesnt eat in the mornings. I leave food for him for him during the day when Im at work - and he doesn't eat when Im not around. So the first time he really eats is at night. But I do leave treats in a Kong and give him nurtical in the morning before I leave ... |
It is most common in young pups but adults sometimes get it if they are small or sick |
If they are prone to it, they may start growing out of it around 4 mths old - and it's usually much less common as they head toward the 6-7 mth old stage. Does your baby have episodes? Do you think trying another food in the a.m. is worth a try? What about some canned in the morning? |
