Raw Diet ok so now i'm nervous about feeding Honey any type of kibble! They're all bad!!! Goodness! i just sat here for about 3 hours researching everything. now i know nothing is 100% great BUT...... the raw diet has seemed to be the best... SOOOO my question is.... those of you who DO use the raw diet, can you give me some SIMPLE recipes. I'm in the process of looking for some. Would it be ok to just take some ground beef n mix it with some veggies in a blender type stuff? Royal canine is quite expensive (about $30 for a small bag) but would it help to mix that with the raw diet? I'm not much of a cooker so all the recipes i've read look like they take quite a bit and i dont have that much freezer space at the moment :( Any help would be GREATLY appreciated and Thank you in advance!!! :D |
You can go into search and put in Raw Diet. There are several great forums that will be a great help! It is so over whelming having to choose the best food for our babies!! I have had Nolee on Prey Model Diet almost a year! I have done plenty of research and everyone here was very helpful. Good Luck! You will find plenty help in search for Raw Diets.:animal-pa |
If you don't want to mess with cooking it you can buy pre made raw medallions. Natures Variety has good ones. I think Primal also has some. I am working on gradually introducing Wookie:aimeeyork to the rotation diet using kibble in the mornings and raw in the evenings. I am going to use either the Natures Variety Instinct kibble or the Innova EVO kibble and the Natures Variety raw medallions for the raw. Based on his weight, activity level and the percentage of his daily diet that I want to do raw, he is going to be getting 1/2 cup of kibble and .5 oz of raw each day. That is 1/2 a raw medallion, there are 48 medallions in a bag, and I bought the bag for about $25 so its not too awfully expensive to go this way. |
