Wellness small Breed does anyon efeed their yorkie wellness small breed? is it any good? |
Wellness seems to have a good ingredients list. I just saw an ad for small breed formula, I think that is a good idea on their part. I don't use it yet but am considering it for my little Lexie, she needs something that is smaller bites than what she is currently on. Good luck. |
I considered Wellness small breed , I think it is a very good food. In the end I went with Wellness core because I wanted grain free but the small breed was on my list :) |
I have no idea if this is right, so maybe someone else can enlighten me, but... I'm just about to put Lily on adult food (she's about 11 months old now) and we've been calling around looking for places that carry the Wellness small bites (she's currently on Wellness puppy and we've liked it). The lady at one of the stores we called said it wasn't a good idea to feed the small food because they need the bigger pieces for the health of their teeth and with the small food, they can just swallow it whole without chewing. Anybody else ever heard of such? I'm not sure what to do about food either now. Otherwise, to the OP, I'm quite happy with Wellness. |

Wellness Small Breed I just started using this food. Its flat and triangular shaped. My 5lb baby seemed to eat it just fine. I switched her from the Vets Choice which the kibbles were much smaller, but unfortunatley the Vets Choice is too hard to find, therefore i wanted to swith to something easy to find as well as high quality. Also, i did do the switch abruptly, and she had no change in her poop, which i guess may be a good sign. |
