What is a good diet for a Yorkie With Sensitive Stomach Zoe's hair is getting thin and she throws up alot ever since she had a upper respirority infection in September. She has had blood work and it was fine then. She just doesn't look like she feels good. I have fed her chicken and rice for the last two days and she has kept that down. What do you suggest? I have tried every dog food from Honest Kitchen, Royal Canin Yorkshire, Prairie, Paul Newmans organic chicken even little Ceasars which I don't like to feed them. I just don't know. I know she needs more nutrients than chicken and rice. Thanks for your help. |
Chip has a really sensitive tummy. The slightest little change and he gets sick. Vaccines, he throws up and has diaherria for days... anyways, I feed Nature's Recipe Easy to Digest Fish and Potato. They also have the Easy to Digest in Chicken and Rice and also Lamb with something. My boys love their food. The kibble is kind of large though, but they don't seem to mind. |
Get a doggy supplement for now so she at least is getting her nutrients Call your Vet and ask what you should give her The constant change is also adding to her upset |

I use Nutro Natural Balance, and it has turned Pipers fur and itchies away. I alos switched to all natural wheat cookies. He just loves them. |
They sell foods designed for dogs with sensitive stomachs--Hill's Science diet has I/D(intestinal diet) and a sensitive stomach formula--you should find out what your vet recommends. Good luck, I hope your baby feels better. |
